Would have been good, but its CLOSED on a Saturday evening at 7pm. i don't understand why?

I am from New Jersey and always visited there because they reminded me of home but the last few times I went I was disappointed because its not a true Jersey sub unless the meat is piled high and it seems to be getting less and less every time I go. Still pretty good though.

Why only 3 stars? The staff here is horrible. The only one who is good is the middle-aged lady who is super nice and has been there a while. There’s too many workers wanting to talk to other customers in an inefficient manner. I was also alone in the store and it took 15! minutes for a chicken philly! I’ve also heard they run off good employees because they don’t pay them much. 3 stars because their subs are always good, even if it takes all day to make and almost 10$ for a regular!

Friendly staff & yummy sandwich, but at 4pm I was the only customer in there & EVERY table was dirty!!! Does that mean the kitchen area is dirty too??

The turkey was sliced fresh for my sandwich! The flavor was amazing. Very nice employees, all work as a team from start to finish. Will return.

I love jersey Mike's. Anywhere you go for a sub these days it can be a little spendy, but I know I get my money's worth here. The italian is top notch and hot subs are decent as well. The app is easy to use and you can get points towards a free sub. AND you get a free birthday sub no strings attached.

It's hard to write a review about a sub shop without comparing it to Subway. Sorry Jersey Mike's. JM's subs are a little longer than their Subway equivalents. The meatballs were bigger and tasted great, and I loved the Rosemary Parmesan bread. The selection of toppings was significantly more limited. Also they have Pepsi products in the drink fountain. I prefer Coke. All said, there wasn't anything to complain about. JM's is a fine sub shop.

Service wasnt to great at this location. Staff was rude! We came while they were all having lunch together so i guess we interrupted them !

Jersey Mike's makes the best gluten free subs! They are very tedious in preparing your food gluten free...they even have designated condiments and knives to be sure nothing has been cross contaminated. The manager oversees the gf sandwich making process. A young gentleman employee, who seemed to be new, began to cut my sandwich with a regular knife and the manager immediately stopped him, calmly explained to him the process, educated him on cross contamination, and made me a new sandwich. I highly recommend this sandwich shop!

Worse service I have had at this location. I always go to this location and I always call my order in for pick up so it will be ready when I arrive. Today I called in my order at 8PM and was told my order would be ready in 20 min. I arrivea at 8:28. I was informed that they had just ran out of white bread, even though I had called my order in . I would not had been so upset if when the employees were telling me that they had ran out of white bread, I looked at the person's sub who just had walked in and ordered was on white. It comes down to the fact that someone just forgot my order . So I family at home waiting for dinner, so I had to go to subway. If I could give a negative review I would.
